elchi reports that during the measures, 8 cases related to the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs were detected. 5 people suspected of committing various crimes and wanted for other reasons were detained, and the traces of 15 crimes were uncovered.
32 cases related to illegal street trade, vagrancy, and begging, and 60 cases related to petty hooliganism and petty theft were identified.
During the measures carried out by the employees of the State Traffic Police Department of the Absheron District Police Department, administrative measures were taken against 3 drivers driving under the influence of alcohol. 23 motorcycle drivers who disturbed the peace of residents by creating high noise at night were also brought to administrative responsibility.
Also, K. Garayev, the driver of a “Lada” car who committed reckless driving in Masazir settlement, as well as S. Ahmadov, the driver of a “Chevrolet” car who caused a road traffic accident while driving under the influence of narcotics and attempted to flee the scene, were detained.
By court decision, K. Garayev’s driving rights were restricted for 1 year, and S. Ahmadov’s for 2 years. The latter was also subjected to administrative arrest. In addition, administrative measures were taken against 14 people who made illegal changes to the construction of vehicles and 1 driver who used a multi-tone sound signal.
