Rules for sending employees on business trips in Azerbaijan have been changed.
elchi reports that the Collegium of the Ministry of Finance has made a decision in this regard.
According to the change, from now on, employers who are individuals will also be able to officially send their employees on business trips.
Thus, sending an employee to another place for a certain period to perform a work assignment by order, decree, or decision of an employer who is an individual will be considered a business trip.
Documents related to business trips will now include information not only of the enterprise or organization, but also of the employer who is an individual.
Thus, business trip rules will apply not only to those working in state institutions, enterprises and organizations, but also to individuals working under an employment contract with an individual.
