The meeting of the Strategic Political-Defense Committee, established within the framework of the Mecca agreement signed between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, will be held in Riyadh soon.
elchi reports that Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar announced this.
“In principle, it has been agreed to hold the meeting of the Strategic Political-Defense Committee, and it will take place very soon in Riyadh,” Dar stated at a press conference. According to him, the committee includes three representatives from each country – foreign ministers, defense ministers, and chiefs of general staff. The minister clarified that the upcoming meeting will be particularly dedicated to the situation surrounding the attacks by the Houthi rebels of Yemen’s “Ansar Allah” movement on Saudi Arabia.
