President Volodymyr Zelensky held a phone call with the Prime Minister of Norway, Jonas Gahr Støre, with one of the main topics discussed being Ukraine’s military needs.
elchi reports that the President of Ukraine wrote about this on his “X” social media account.
Zelensky noted that he informed Støre about “Russia’s ongoing attacks with drone and missile strikes.”
“We discussed what Ukraine needs to defend itself from this brutal escalation, primarily air defense systems and the provision of our F-16 fighters. We are coordinating our steps and working to ensure better protection of human lives and security. I am personally grateful to the Prime Minister and all of Norway for their unwavering support,” he added.
