A mine explosion occurred today in the territory of Jamilli village of the liberated Shusha district.
elchi reports that the Press Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General’s Office, and the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) have released information regarding this.
According to the information, a car driven by Baku resident Bakhtiyar Mirza oglu Bayramov, born in 1979, hit an anti-tank mine in an uncleared area on the former contact line.
During the incident, Bakhtiyar Bayramov sustained bodily injuries of varying degrees.
An investigation into the incident is being conducted by the Shusha District Prosecutor’s Office.
ANAMA, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Prosecutor General’s Office have once again called on citizens to follow safety rules, pay close attention to mine danger signs, not to touch suspicious objects, not to enter unfamiliar areas, and not to interfere with areas where fencing activities are being carried out.
