An international event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Turkological Congress will be held at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
elchi reports that Aktoty Raimkulova, President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, stated this at a plenary session held within the framework of the Turkic World Week dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Turkological Congress.
She noted that at the end of this year, an international event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Congress is planned to be held at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, initiated by the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, with the participation of the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan, the Permanent Delegations of Turkic states to UNESCO, and Turkic cooperation organizations.
She emphasized that these initiatives will make a significant contribution to strengthening the common cultural memory, further developing cooperation among Turkic peoples, and promoting the historical significance of the First Turkological Congress on an international scale.
