477 public passenger transport vehicles were produced in Azerbaijan in 2025.
According to calculations by elchi based on data from the State Statistics Committee, this is 4 times more than in 2024, and 239 times more than in 2020.
During the reporting period, 249 of the buses produced were for Baku, and 228 were for Hajigabul.
Last year, a total of 4,973 vehicles (27% less than a year earlier, 2.3 times more in the last five years), including 4,038 passenger cars (33% less and 2.1 times more), and 458 trucks (34% less and +2.3 times more) were produced in the country.
During the reporting period, 14 trailers and semi-trailers were also produced in Azerbaijan, which is 30% less than a year earlier and 26% less in the last five years.
