elchi reports that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said this in his congratulatory message addressed to the opening ceremony of the monument erected in honor of the great Azerbaijani Sufi poet Shams Tabrizi and the cultural complex named after him in Khoy city.
Pezeshkian stated that Azerbaijan has historically been one of Iran’s strongest pillars.
“This desire has been kept alive over the years through the love and determination of the people of Khoy and Tabriz, and the efforts of researchers and artists. I sincerely thank all governments, philanthropists, and everyone who played a role in this complex from the first step to the design, financing, construction, and completion stages,” the president emphasized.
