I congratulate you on the opening of the “ADEX 2026” 6th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition and the “Securex Caspian 2026” 15th Jubilee International Security, Protection, and Rescue Equipment Exhibition, and I sincerely welcome you to Azerbaijan.
It is gratifying to see that the “ADEX” exhibition, traditionally organized in Baku, has become one of the most prestigious and beneficial defense industry platforms in the region. The increasing interest in this exhibition year after year, with the participation of many countries and leading companies, clearly reflects the event’s relevance and international prestige.
This important international exhibition, bringing together defense industry organizations, military experts, and companies from friendly and partner countries, creates a favorable opportunity for showcasing the latest technologies in various aspects of the defense industry, modern weapon systems, samples of military equipment, as well as innovative solutions, for discussing new cooperation opportunities, and for establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
Strengthening defense capabilities and ensuring national security are among the priority directions of Azerbaijan’s state policy. As a result of consistent measures taken, our country’s defense industry, which has undergone significant development, has today entered a qualitatively new stage and has considerably expanded its production capabilities. Defense products manufactured by local enterprises not only play an important role in equipping our Armed Forces but also stand out for their competitiveness in international markets, attracting particular interest from relevant organizations in various countries. The achievements of Azerbaijan in the field of the defense industry contribute to strengthening our country’s military-technical potential and deepening cooperation with friendly and partner states.
Today, the quality and reliability of Azerbaijan’s defense industry products are highly valued internationally. The “ADEX” exhibition is of particular importance for presenting to the international community the strength and potential of our country’s defense-industrial complex, including its innovative technologies, as well as the modern products and new achievements of our partners’ defense industry enterprises.
The “Securex Caspian” exhibition, held in parallel with “ADEX” and for the 15th time this year, has also gained significant prestige as a specialized event showcasing leading technologies in the fields of security, protection, rescue, and emergency management.
