Amendments are planned to the agreement on cooperation in the field of government communications between Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
elchi reports that the bill on the approval of the protocol related to this matter was discussed at the first plenary session of the autumn session of the Milli Majlis held today.
According to the draft, the protocol signed on December 16, 2025, in Kyiv and April 23, 2026, in Baku will be approved. The document envisages amendments to the existing agreement on government communications between the Government of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
It should be noted that the main agreement, which is being amended, was signed on July 30, 1999, in Kyiv. This agreement was also amended by a protocol signed on April 4, 2012, in Baku. At that time, the names of the authorized bodies responsible for cooperation in the document were updated.
