The leadership of the Ministry of Defense observed the progress of the exercises during the “Strength of Unity – 2026” joint military exercise held in our country with the participation of military personnel from three countries.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the MoD, the leadership first listened to the reports of the command staff regarding the planning and execution of joint operations at the unified headquarters established for the exercise.
Then, it was reported to the Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, at the field hospital set up in the exercise area that the mobile field hospital, equipped with modern equipment in accordance with NATO Level 2 medical assistance standards, is fully ready to receive patients and the wounded.
Later, the Ministry’s leadership inquired about the social and living conditions and supply issues created for the exercise participants, and visited the dormitory and the canteen.
It was reported that all opportunities have been created in the training areas for the high-level organization of the exercise and for the efficient use of the military personnel’s leisure time.
Finally, the Minister of Defense became acquainted with the area where the joint operations will be held, observed the training preparation exercises, and gave relevant instructions to the exercise leaders.
