In accordance with the plan of the “Strength of Unity – 2026” exercise held in Azerbaijan, a series of practical exercises were conducted to improve the operational capabilities of personnel in various conditions, as well as to coordinate interaction and command between units.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Defense.
It was stated that during the exercises, tasks such as protected advance under fire support and conducting operations in various terrains using armored vehicles were performed.
It was noted that the personnel successfully executed the training tasks while adhering to safety regulations, and practical skills in coordinating units and harmonizing their activities were improved.
The main purpose of the exercises is to increase the professional level of the personnel, enhance the readiness of military personnel from participating countries for coordinated activities in various conditions, and improve interoperability.
It should be noted that the “Strength of Unity – 2026” joint military exercise is being held in Azerbaijan with the participation of military personnel from Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey.
The three-stage exercise is being organized at the “Qizilgaya” Training Center located in the Karabakh economic region of the Azerbaijan Army, the “Garabaghlar” Training Center located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as the “Boyuk Zira” training area located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
