It is raining intermittently in Guba and Gusar.
Currently, a north-west wind is blowing in some places, with the maximum wind speed reaching 25 m/s in Neftchala, 20 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 19 m/s in Goranboy, 18 m/s in Naftalan, and 17 m/s in Shirvan and Julfa.
