A drug operation has been conducted in Istanbul against individuals including celebrities.
“Elchi” reports that the operation was carried out by the personnel of the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command within the framework of the “Drug investigation against celebrities” conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
15 people were detained during the operation.
Among those detained are actor Aras Bulut İynemli, singer Sefo (Seyfullah Sağır), actress Melis Sezen, actress Nilperi Şahinkaya, Hande Demir, former football player Hasan Şaş, actress Melis İşiten, actress Yeliz Yeşilçimen, singer Anıl Durmuş, actress Hazal Filiz Küçükköse, Volkan Akçıray, Zeynep Akçıray, Eda Güzelcik, Sezer Çakır, and Sayat Zurnacı.
Furthermore, it was reported that arrest warrants have been issued for 3 more people.
The investigation is ongoing.
