The “Knowledge Day” was held at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) in connection with the start of the new academic year.
“Elchi” reports that the event was attended by the leadership of AHIK and the Academy, faculty members, students, and parents.
First, the National Anthem was played, and the dear memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of our Motherland was commemorated with a minute of silence.
Speaking at the event, Musa Mirzayev, Deputy Chairman of AHIK, congratulated the teachers, students, and parents on the beginning of the new academic year. Speaking about the state care provided to youth and education in our country, Musa Mirzayev emphasized the important role of education in the development of human capital and wished the students success in their educational journey.
Farid Babayev, acting rector of the Academy, provided information about the work done to improve the quality of education, expand modern educational opportunities, and implement innovative approaches at the higher education institution.
Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers, an AHIK member organization, invited students to take advantage of the opportunities created for education in our country and the favorable educational environment established at the Academy, and to continuously develop their knowledge and skills.
Parent Vusala Asgarova expressed her satisfaction with the conditions created for the comprehensive education and development of students at the Academy and thanked the teachers who contributed to the formation of young people as highly qualified specialists.
Within the framework of the event, students and parents became acquainted with the conditions created for education at the Academy.
