“In 99 percent of classrooms, the number of students is below 40.”
elchi reports that Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev stated this during a press conference.
The Minister noted that there are approximately 80,000 classrooms in total in Azerbaijan. According to him, the number of classrooms with more than 40 students is only 600, which accounts for less than 1 percent of all classrooms.
Emin Amrullayev emphasized that, considering these indicators, student density cannot be considered the biggest problem of the Azerbaijani education system.
