In accordance with the approved activity plan for the current year, an annual meeting was held with the participation of military attachés and military representatives operating under the embassies of the Republic of Azerbaijan in foreign countries.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Defense.
It was stated that at the opening of the event, Major General Elchin Abdullayev, Chief of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense, delivered a speech providing detailed information on the development of military diplomacy, the expansion of international military cooperation, and the important tasks ahead.
During the meeting, reports were heard from the military attachés and representatives regarding the work carried out during the previous period, the current state of bilateral military cooperation with relevant countries, as well as future directions of activity.
At the meetings, prospects for the development of international military cooperation were discussed, and relevant instructions were given regarding the main tasks facing military diplomats.
Within the framework of the event, presentations on topical issues were organized by the main departments and directorates of the Ministry of Defense, as well as representatives of relevant state institutions.
Afterward, the military attachés and representatives visited the “Iqlim” Scientific-Production Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense Industry and familiarized themselves with the enterprise’s production capabilities and innovations.
In conclusion, the participants visited the Victory Park and took a commemorative photo.
