ADY extends ticket sales period for the Baku–Tbilisi–Baku route

Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) is extending the ticket sales period for the Baku–Tbilisi–Baku international route to further increase passenger satisfaction, meet high demand more efficiently, and expand opportunities for advance trip planning.

According to information provided to elchi by ADY, under the newly implemented mechanism, the sales period is being extended in stages rather than all at once. Currently, tickets are open for sale for 44 days instead of 30. The sales window will be gradually expanded in the coming days to reach 90 days.

This innovation will allow passengers to plan their trips earlier, making it easier to prepare for tourism, business trips, and family visits. At the same time, extending the sales period will enable ADY to more accurately forecast passenger demand and facilitate timely operational decisions, such as attaching additional carriages when necessary.

ADY continues to work on organizing an additional trip on the Baku–Tbilisi–Baku route. Necessary technical and operational work is being carried out in connection with the completion of preparations by the Georgian side for the launch of the additional trip.
