The entrance exam for the I and IV specialty groups (including geography for those who chose both DT and TC subgroups for group III) has been held.
“Elchi” reports that the State Examination Center (SEC) has released information regarding this.
It was stated that the exams were organized in Baku, Khankendi, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Aghstafa, Gazakh, Sumgayit, Absheron, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zagatala, Barda, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Guba, and Khachmaz.
A total of 153 exam buildings and 2,658 exam halls were allocated in the cities and districts where the exams were held. 153 general exam supervisors, 429 exam supervisors, 3,304 invigilators, 482 admission regime staff, and 153 building representatives were involved in managing the exams.
An operational headquarters functioned at the SEC to manage the exam process, maintaining regular contact with the buildings where the exams were held and monitoring the progress of the exams. In all buildings, the exams were conducted in accordance with the instructions, and necessary conditions were created for participants to demonstrate their level of knowledge.
According to preliminary information, mobile phones were found on 12 people, and they were removed from the exam. We remind you once again that the competition results of applicants who violate the rules are cancelled, and those individuals are not allowed to participate in the competition for higher or secondary specialized education institutions.
36,356 applicants were expected to participate in the exam.
65 applicants with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) also participated in the exam. Special halls were allocated in the exam buildings for them to take the exam comfortably, and individual invigilators were assigned to persons determined to have visual impairment due to 81-100 percent impairment of body functions. Conditions were also created for the entry and movement of applicants with mobility impairments into the building and hall. In addition, special training was conducted with the invigilators assigned to participants with disabilities.
Today at 15:00, a live broadcast will be held via the SEC’s YouTube channel, where responsible employees of the Center and experts will provide detailed explanations regarding the test tasks used in the exams, and the correct answers to closed and codable open-ended tasks will be presented.
Applicants can write their questions in the comments section under the relevant broadcast to be posted on YouTube.
Starting from July 13, the processing of exam protocols and materials will begin at the SEC.
Since the evaluation of open-ended tasks used in the exams requires time, the results are expected to be announced in 2 weeks.
