Those admitted to the bachelor’s level of higher education institutions, as well as to secondary specialized and vocational education institutions on a full-time and paid basis for the 2026-2027 academic year, can benefit from the education student loan.

It was stated that starting from August 28, applicants admitted to the bachelor’s level of higher education institutions must first obtain a consent form, and then they can apply for the education student loan through the e-ttkf.edu.az portal. The consent form can be obtained from notary offices, “ASAN service” centers, the “Mobil notariat” app, or the “mygov” application.
It was noted that in order to provide operational support to those applying for the education student loan, a help desk operates at the Fund’s office on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 (Address: Baku city, Nasimi district, Samad Vurgun street 34, AF Mall, 18th floor). Inquiries are answered promptly via the Fund’s Call Center, WhatsApp, and direct contact numbers.
