The date and agenda of the next Milli Majlis meeting have been announced.
According to elchi, the agenda for the meeting to be held on May 1 includes the following issues:
1. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the “Protocol on amendments to the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated January 22, 1993”.
2. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the “Protocol on amendments to the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated October 7, 2002”.
3. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the “Agreement on cooperation in the exchange of information during the compulsory execution of judicial acts, acts of other authorized bodies and officials”.
4. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Guarantees of Gender Equality (men and women)” (third reading).
5. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Road Traffic” (third reading).
6. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Customs Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (first reading).
7. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the “Statute on Military Service” and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Military Duty and Military Service” (first reading).
8. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Citizens’ Appeals” (first reading).
