The date and agenda of the next Milli Majlis session have been announced.
“Elchi” reports that the agenda for the session to be held on April 27 includes the following issues:
1. On the appointment of members and alternate members of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the “Additional Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Nations regarding organizational measures and financial issues related to the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum to be held in Baku in 2026.”
3. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the “Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Clean Energy Center of the Economic Cooperation Organization.”
4. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the approval of the “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on cooperation in the field of defense.”
5. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Narcological Service and Control” (third reading).
6. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Counter-Terrorism” (third reading).
