The period of suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan is being extended.
Elchi.az reports that this is reflected in the amendment proposed to the Law “On Suspension of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship”, which was discussed in the first reading at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis.
According to the amendment, the period of suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan is extended until January 1, 2027.
Previously, this period was set until January 1, 2026.
It should be noted that inspections have been suspended since November 1, 2015, in order to stimulate the development of entrepreneurship in the country.
After discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in one reading.
