The decision stated that Ruslan Huseynov, the leader of the “Aghdash” club, was suspended for 4 matches for insulting the referees after the “Hypers” – “Aghdash” match. The “Aghdash” club was fined 1000 manats.
In the 85th minute of the “Shirvan” – “Aghstafa Gəncləri” match, the head coach of “Shirvan”, Pərviz Bayramov, was sent off with a second yellow card for protesting the referee’s decision. He was disqualified for 1 match, and his club was fined 250 manats.
