elchi reports that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea has decided to recall some of its embassy staff from Ukraine. This was reported by the Yonhap news agency, citing a ministry official, Park Du-sun.
The diplomat stated that Seoul made this decision due to the lack of any “positive steps” from Kyiv to resolve the dispute surrounding the disclosure of information about the transfer of North Korean prisoners. Additionally, he noted that the ongoing threat of air strikes complicates efforts to ensure the safety of diplomatic mission staff.
