In January-September of this year, consumers spent 3,058.2 million manats on gasoline and diesel fuel alone in the retail trade network in Azerbaijan.

According to the information, the indicator recorded during the reporting period exceeded the indicator for the corresponding period of 2025 by 4%.
It should be noted that oil in Azerbaijan is processed at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery, founded in 1953. The plant fully meets the republic’s demand for oil products. Reconstruction and modernization work is currently underway at the refinery.
