Fiqh scholars and mujtahids know very well how and at what ages to use hijab. Hijab is not banned in Azerbaijan.
“Elchi” reports that these words were said by the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office, Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade in an interview with Real TV.
He stated that girls study in hijab in religious educational institutions. However, a decision has been made regarding a uniform form in state educational institutions.
