“Open Door” days continue within the framework of free legal aid campaigns organized by the Bar Association of Azerbaijan (BA) in various regions of the republic for 44 days.
It has been reported to elchi by the Bar Association that within the framework of the campaign, which started on September 27, free legal aid is provided to citizens at various addresses.
Thus, during this week, “Open Door” days were organized by lawyers from the “Mərkəz” Law Office, and Law Offices No. 1, 3, and 4 of Baku city.
During the campaigns, citizens’ appeals were mainly related to criminal and administrative cases, property rights, determination of legal facts, pension provision, credit disputes, housing provision, and other social issues. Legal advice was provided to citizens on their appeals, necessary legal documents were prepared, including written applications.
In total, free legal aid was provided to 20 citizens during the campaigns.
It should be noted that free legal aid campaigns are planned to be held at Law Offices No. 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Baku city during the next week.
Within the framework of the campaign, citizens belonging to low-income and socially vulnerable groups can apply to the mentioned law firms and benefit from free consultations and other legal assistance regarding their legal issues.
