Then, the application of Qazanfar Ismayil oglu Abdullayev, a deputy of the 7th convocation of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, for assistance in revoking his deputy mandate was considered.
The appeal of the Supreme Assembly deputy Qazanfar Abdullayev was investigated by the Central Election Commission in accordance with the legislation, and it was determined that there were legal grounds for revoking his mandate.
Taking into account Qazanfar Abdullayev’s application, the Nakhchivan Central Election Commission, in accordance with the relevant articles of the Constitution of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the Law of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic “On Elections to the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic”, decided to revoke his deputy mandate.
