The “Ufuq” Public Union for Youth Development will implement the “Young Entrepreneurs Development Program” project in Lankaran and Masalli districts in October.
The main goal of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills of young people aged 18–35 living in the regions in the field of entrepreneurship, to develop their business ideas, and to support their economic activity.
Within the framework of the project, 100 young people will participate in trainings on entrepreneurship, business planning, financial literacy, marketing, sales strategies, and startup management. Participants will receive mentor support from experienced entrepreneurs, and at the end of the program, the youth will present their own business ideas.
Hazrat Badiyev, chairman of the “Ufuq” Public Union for Youth Development, stated that expanding the economic opportunities of regional youth and encouraging them to establish their own businesses is one of the organization’s main areas of activity.
“We believe that providing theoretical knowledge to young people is not enough. It is of great importance for their future activities that they recognize the real business environment, communicate with experienced entrepreneurs, and have the opportunity to present their ideas. Through this project, we aim to contribute to uncovering the entrepreneurial potential of Lankaran and Masalli youth and increasing their economic activity,” noted Hazrat Badiyev.
The project aims to support the formation of an entrepreneurial mindset among youth in the regions, the promotion of self-employment, and the creation of new business initiatives.
