The joint military exercise “Strength of Unity – 2026” will be held in our country with the participation of military personnel from Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Defense.
It was stated that the three-stage exercise will be organized at the “Gizilgaya” Training Center located in the Karabakh economic region of the Azerbaijan Army, the “Garabaghlar” Training Center located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as the “Boyuk Zira” training area located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea.
The main purpose of the exercise, which will be conducted with the involvement of personnel, combat equipment, naval and aviation assets, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, is to increase the level of readiness for joint operations, standardize troop coordination and training procedures, as well as improve the new combat capabilities of the units.
Personnel and aviation assets of the Turkish Armed Forces have arrived in our country to participate in the exercise.
In accordance with the relevant plan, necessary measures have been taken regarding the deployment of personnel and other organizational issues.
