Kazakhstan will conduct underwater search and explosion operations in the area of the Caspian Sea where oil pipelines are planned to be laid.
“Elchi” reports that “Sputnik Kazakhstan” has provided information about this.
It is stated that specialists from the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan will carry out underwater search and explosion operations in the area where pipelines are planned to be laid to the “Kalamkas-More” and “Khazar” fields.
The main purpose of the work is to detect and neutralize dangerous and explosive objects on the seabed that could hinder the laying of pipelines.
After these measures, it is planned to safely lay oil pipelines in that area.
