Georgian journalists and bloggers have visited Shusha city.
“Elchi” reports that, within the framework of the visit, the guests first arrived in front of the building of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha city.
Here, the media representatives were given detailed information about the city’s history, cultural monuments, as well as the battles fought for the liberation of Shusha from occupation.
The guests also viewed the bullet-riddled busts of prominent Azerbaijani figures.
Later, the media representatives became acquainted with the remains of the palace complex of Khurshidbanu Natavan. They were provided with information about the poetess’s life and work, as well as the previous and current state of her house-museum.
During the visit, the guests also visited the Shusha Fortress. After touring the fortress, the media representatives took a commemorative photo in front of the fortress walls with the flags of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Within the framework of the visit, the Govhar Agha Mosque was also visited.
Finally, the media representatives visited Jidir Plain. Their next destination is the city of Ganja.
