The Yerevan court has extended the detention period of Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the “Prosperous Armenia” party and businessman, by another two months.
According to “Armenpress”, this was reported by Tsarukyan’s lawyer.
It should be noted that Gagik Tsarukyan was arrested on July 7 for a period of two months. He has been charged with aiding in large-scale fraud and the legalization of proceeds obtained through criminal means (money laundering).
