A broad consultation dedicated to the issues of preparation for the winter season was held at the Baku City Executive Power with the participation of the heads of all service sectors of the capital.

Speaking at the consultation, the head of the Baku City Executive Power, Eldar Azizov, emphasized that they were impressed by the recent speeches of President Ilham Aliyev.
He noted that these speeches by the head of state cannot be simply considered as statements:
“Because in essence, these speeches are important historical messages addressed to the future, reflecting the realities of yesterday and today. It was unequivocally stated in these speeches that the Karabakh issue was resolved independently by the Azerbaijani people. It was clearly demonstrated to the whole world that a state like Azerbaijan pursues a completely independent political course. This is very important from a historical point of view. I am sure that these speeches will be the subject of countless historical and scientific dissertations in the future in terms of their academic depth,” Eldar Azizov noted.
During the consultation, current issues related to landscaping and construction work in the capital, the activities of communal services, sanitary and cleaning conditions, and green spaces were also discussed.
Reports on the progress of winter preparation work by the heads of communal service sectors were also heard.
At the end of the consultation, relevant instructions were given regarding the acceleration of the work done and the timely fulfillment of the set tasks.
