The Ministry of Emergency Situations’ “112” hotline received information that 3 people had drowned in an uncontrolled area of the sea, 1.3 km away from the nearest rescue station in Buzovna settlement, Khazar district, Baku.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated in the information of the MES Press Service.
In connection with the information, diver-rescuers of the State Service for Control over Small Vessels and Water Rescue of the MES were immediately involved in the search.
Aysel Rafiq gizi Hamidova, born in 2009, was rescued, provided with first aid, and handed over as appropriate, while the body of Ali Rafiq oglu Hamidov, born in 2014, was found on the shore.
Currently, the search for the other citizen presumed to have drowned in the water – Ruslan Rafiq oglu Hamidov, born in 2004 – is ongoing.
