An auction for the placement of non-documentary, registered, interest-bearing bonds of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund in the amount of 50,000,000 manats was held at the BSE.
According to the information provided by the Fund to elchi, the bonds were offered at a price of 1,000 manats and were fully placed. The interest rate on the bonds is 3.25%.
The prospectus for the non-documentary, registered, interest-bearing bonds of the “Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan” was registered by the Central Bank on May 8, 2026.
According to the issuance prospectus, the placement was carried out through the “Baku Stock Exchange” CJSC via the public offering method.
