The “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that a person was in danger of drowning in the Araz River, passing through the Qaralar village of the Imishli district.
This was reported to elchi by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In connection with the information, the firefighter-rescuers of the Imishli District Fire Protection Unit of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately dispatched to the area.
Thanks to the operative rescue measures carried out by the firefighter-rescuers, the citizen who was left helpless in the river – Ismayilli Ramin Imanqulu oglu, born in 2003, was rescued.
