In September of this year, Google’s search engine market share in Azerbaijan across all platforms (computers, mobile devices, and tablets) constituted 97.35%.
According to a report by the “Statcounter” agency, cited by “Elchi”, this figure remained unchanged compared to August, but is 14.44 percentage points higher than in September 2025.
The market share of “Yandex”, ranking second, decreased by 0.07 percentage points month-on-month, and by 12.82 percentage points year-on-year, or 8-fold, settling at 1.82%.
The market share of “Bing”, ranking next, increased by 0.1 percentage points over the month, and decreased by 0.74 percentage points year-on-year, reaching 0.67%.
The market share of “DuckDuckGo”, ranking fourth, decreased by 0.04 percentage points over the month and by 0.39 percentage points year-on-year, constituting 0.07%.
The market share of “Yahoo”, closing the top five, remained stable over the month, but decreased by 0.45 percentage points year-on-year, reaching 0.07%.
