AQTA Discovers Violations at “Piano Hall” Banquet Hall

As part of control measures, employees of the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AQTA) conducted an inspection at the “Piano Hall” banquet hall located at Babak Avenue, house 5A, Nizami district, Baku city, owned by individual Aslanli Raul Samir oglu.

elchi reports that during the inspection, it was determined that the public catering facility violated the requirements of technical normative legal acts, sanitary norms, and rules. It was found that the banquet hall was operating without food safety registration.

Unfit for consumption mushrooms, artificial caviar without accompanying documents, dairy products of unknown origin, and semi-finished products without recorded production dates were discovered at the facility. Simultaneously, it was determined that the menu did not include a note about the use of artificial caviar, temperature regimes were not adhered to for the products, kitchen tools and equipment were in disrepair, staff had not undergone medical examinations, and other requirements were violated.

An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding the incident, and appropriate measures were taken in accordance with the legislation.

Samples were taken and subjected to laboratory tests.
