Starting tomorrow, the interview stage of the competition for the recruitment of directors, for which the application submission phase took place from June 29 to July 8, 2026, will commence.

It was stated that the interviews will initially be conducted by city and regional education departments for institutions with up to 500 students.
Candidates will be invited to the interview stage sequentially in accordance with the competition rules until a suitable candidate is identified.
Candidates will be evaluated by commission members based on 7 criteria: leadership and strategic management, pedagogical and teaching, management and organization, communication and connection, problem-solving and decision-making, digital and technological, and social and emotional skills.
