Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has stated that ensuring peace and political stability in Syria and Iraq will accelerate economic development in the region.

H. Fidan emphasized that ensuring stability throughout the territories of Syria and Iraq will make a significant contribution to the development of the peoples and states of the region.
“When there is peace in Syria and Iraq, all peoples and states in the region will continue their path in conditions of peace, stability, and development. We need this,” the minister emphasized.
According to him, along with Turkey, ensuring political stability and security in Syria and Iraq will allow the region’s economic potential to be unleashed.
Fidan stated that along with the reforms implemented in Turkey, regional policy and cooperation will also have a serious impact on the development of the economy.
