The State Examination Center (SEC) has announced the specialization selection for bachelors wishing to be admitted to the master’s programs of higher education institutions for the 2026/2027 academic year.

It is stated that bachelors must fill out and confirm the “Bachelor’s electronic specialization selection application” on the SEC’s electronic services portal from July 20 to July 26 (until 23:59) to participate in the specialization selection for master’s admission.
Bachelors who meet the competition conditions determined based on the results of the admission exams held on February 15, May 17, and June 14 (for some programs, also including the aptitude test) can participate in the specialization selection.
Candidates can participate in the specialization selection based on the results obtained in any attempt of the exam. Bachelors who have multiple exam results and meet the competition conditions have the right to choose the result they prefer for participation.
According to the rules, each bachelor can choose up to a maximum of 20 specialization codes. The selected specializations must correspond to the bachelor’s degree completed by the candidate, as well as the foreign language requirements established for certain specializations.
It should be noted that the selection of specializations will be carried out in accordance with the selection table published in the 3rd issue of the “Magistr” journal for 2026.
