The “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that a citizen had fallen into the Ganja River in the city of Ganja and was left in a helpless state.
According to the information provided to elchi by the Ministry, rescuers from the Ganja Regional Center of the MES were immediately dispatched to the area in connection with the report.
Upon assessing the operational conditions at the scene, it was determined that Qoşqar Arif oğlu Şirinov, born in 1988, had accidentally fallen into the river gorge, sustained bodily injuries, and was left in a helpless state.
Rescuers used special equipment to extract the citizen from the river gorge, rescued him, and handed him over to the emergency medical team.
