A $1 gold coin featuring the country’s president, Donald Trump, will be issued in the USA.
elchi reports that the country’s Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, announced this on the “X” social network. “In honor of the 250th anniversary of American independence, the US Mint will begin minting a new $1 gold coin as a tribute to the enduring legacy of freedom and the unwavering symbol of patriotism. The coin features President Trump,” the minister wrote.
Bessent noted that this coin “will celebrate the strength of American values and the nation’s commitment to its promise.”
