Chairman of the Justice, Law, Democracy (AHD) Party, Member of Parliament Qudrat Hasanguliyev has sent a congratulatory message to the members of the Armed Forces.
The congratulation states:
“Valuable soldiers and officers of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 108th anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan!
One of the historical achievements attained by the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic during its short period of operation was the creation of the Azerbaijani National Army.
The Azerbaijani National Army, created 108 years ago, has traveled a difficult and honorable path, developed, and taken its rightful place among modern armies.
Conflicts occurring in the world, the collapse of international law, and wars once again show that a strong army is of vital importance for the independence and security of every state.
Therefore, the steps taken so far regarding army building and the strengthening of the defense industry should be highly appreciated.
The tense situation continuing both in the region and in various parts of the world makes it necessary for our army, which has a great history and is the guarantor of our independence, to become even stronger.
As a result of increasing the professionalism of the army and strengthening the sense of patriotism, our officers and soldiers, under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, gifted our people victory in the 44-day Patriotic War and rewrote the history of Azerbaijan with their lives and blood.
The services of the Azerbaijani soldier, who gave our people the joy of victory, deserve the highest appreciation and will never be forgotten.
