Qatar’s Prime Minister accuses Netanyahu of inciting escalation

The head of the Israeli government, Benjamin Netanyahu, is not inciting the escalation of tension in the Middle East for the first time.

“Elchi” reports that this was stated by the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, while condemning the operations of the Israeli military in Lebanon.

“Unfortunately, this is not the first time that Netanyahu has incited escalation in the region,” he said in an interview with the Al Jazeera TV channel.

the head of the Qatari government called the “killing of nearly 100 Lebanese by the Israeli side within a few days during the ceasefire period” unacceptable. He emphasized that “the ongoing occupation of Lebanese lands must end, and Lebanon’s sovereignty must be respected.” At the same time, the Prime Minister noted that Washington “is playing the right role regarding Israel’s actions in Lebanon.”
