The next mobile reception of residents by Zakir Farajov, the head of Sumgayit City Executive Power, was held.
According to the information provided to elchi-a by the Executive Power, the meeting organized in the 1st microdistrict of the city was attended by responsible employees of the IE, heads of departments, enterprises, and organizations operating in the city, members of martyrs’ families, veterans, and residents.
During the mobile reception, citizens’ appeals were listened to individually, and the issues concerning them were discussed in detail. It was stated that ensuring citizen satisfaction, learning the concerns and problems of the population on-site, and promptly solving the raised issues remain in the focus of the city leadership. Regular mobile receptions held for this purpose serve to establish direct communication with residents and to review their appeals flexibly and efficiently.
At the meeting, residents voiced appeals regarding social protection, employment, improvement of housing and communal conditions, increasing the quality of communal services, road repairs, landscaping of areas, and other issues. Some of the raised issues were resolved on the spot, and relevant instructions were given to the heads of relevant structures for the resolution of appeals requiring additional investigation in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Zakir Farajov, the head of Sumgayit City Executive Power, emphasized the importance of treating citizens’ appeals with sensitivity, investigating existing problems in a timely manner, and taking necessary measures for their solution. The city leadership instructed the relevant responsible persons to keep the execution of the given instructions under control and to review the appeals in the manner established by legislation.
Residents participating in the mobile reception expressed their satisfaction with the landscaping, construction, reconstruction, and infrastructure improvement works carried out in Sumgayit. They expressed their gratitude to the city leadership for listening to citizens’ appeals, the attention shown to solving their problems, and the direct communication opportunity created.
