“Since the beginning of the current year, pensions have been increased by 9.3 percent through indexation, and as of May 1, 2026, the average monthly pension amount has increased by 10 percent compared to the same period last year, reaching 594 manats, including the average monthly old-age pension, which has reached 632 manats.
During the months of January-April, 15,000 pension assignments were carried out proactively through the e-system, and since the beginning of 2019, when electronic pension assignment began, 193,000 pension assignments have been carried out,” the statement says.
