The Armenian government approved the bill “On the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2027” at a meeting held on October 1.

According to the information, the bill will be submitted to the National Assembly for discussion.
According to the bill, it is planned that the state budget revenues for 2027 will be 3 trillion 603.8 billion drams ($9.91 billion), expenditures will be 4 trillion 72 billion drams ($11.19 billion), and the deficit will be 468.2 billion drams ($1.29 billion).
It is planned to ensure revenue of approximately 3 trillion 603.8 billion drams ($9.91 billion) through tax collection and state duties.
Official grants will amount to approximately 14.2 billion drams ($38.45 million), and other revenues will be 126.9 billion drams ($348.56 million).
According to the bill, it is planned to finance approximately 187.5 billion drams ($515.01 million) of the state budget deficit from domestic sources and approximately 280.7 billion drams ($771.01 million) from external sources.
It should be noted that Armenia’s 2026 budget expenditures are projected at $9.82 billion, revenues at $8.43 billion, and deficit at $1.4 billion.
Thus, in 2027, Armenia’s budget expenditures will be $1.37 billion more, and revenues will be $1.48 billion more compared to this year.
The budget deficit will be $110 million less.
It should be reminded that Armenia’s 2026 budget increased by $2 billion compared to 2025.
